Two years ago, I had a chance to go to Bangalore and meet Late Jagannathan's son who is now in charge of VHF Selve. He was trying to extract more money from me. Infact we went to Hosur plot and visited before meeting him at VHF Selve office at Bangalore. We saw the plot and it was developing by some wellknown property developers. (DLF ? Dont remember exactly and I have photos of the same).
I dont know what is the status of that now. I paid full money for the plot and got it registered in my name. That time Mr. Jagannathan was alive, I paid one time land tax also.
I dont know what is the status of the plot, and its development. Once developed, what will be my rights and liabilities?

Sorry to know from the above post that Dr. Jaganathan is no longer in this world.
After drafting a letter asking him to sell my 8 plots I bought from him in 1993, 1995, and 1999, I was searching for his telephone number to send my letter to him by courier service.
It now appears that there is no point in sending my letter addressed to a deceased man.
However, I will the letter to VHF SELVE anyway, and if I do not get a response from them, I will move the appropriate authorities in India for disposing off the properties I bought from them in Hosur, Coimbatore, and Madurai.
I have paid advance for Mudichure Chennai property the property name vas valentine City. when ever i approached them for registration the property fully not in their control they where postponing the registration. Later on i came to know through VHF's auditor that that project is dropped. but i spoke to Jegannathan's son and his auditor. but no any use. It's look like it's a major fraud.
Not only me some of my other friends in Muscat also bought few properties from him but no any response and the sad part is most of them not even knowing where is land.
